BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby closed and abandoned an unnamed street located southwest of Asbury Park, northwest of Morgan Avenue, more particularly described herein, and as shown on plat attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference: A 15 foot wide unnamed and unopened right-of-way, of which to find the true point of beginning start on the southwest line of Asbury Park some 1605 feet northwest of the intersection of the southwest line of Asbury Park with the northwest line of Morgan Avenue, said point being the southern most corner of lot 1, Asbury Park Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 7, page 17, R.O.H.C., thence northwest with the southwest line of said lot 1, and continuing with the southwest line of lot 2, 305.3 feet to the true point of beginning, thence continuing northwest 23.22 feet, thence northwest some 282 feet, crossing lots 2, 3, 4, 5, and part of 6, thence northeast 15 feet, thence southeast some 297.5 feet, crossing said lots and part of lot, to the southwest line of lot 2, the true point of beginning. Tax. Map. No. 155E-B-8-10. 0C SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this closure and abandonment is made subject to the following conditions: 1. The areas reserved for utility easements must be kept free and clear of all structures. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage as provided by law.
